About
Our cozy Mammoth condo-cabin is just 5 minutes walk to Canyon Lodge lifts (chair 7) ⛷️. Newly renovated December 2025, it’s your dedicated launchpad for mountain adventures, offering a stylish, comfortable space to play hard and unwind completely. With three year-round hot tubs, private ski locker, sauna, seasonal pool, crackling fireplace, 1 Gig high-speed WiFi, and a well-stocked kitchen — you’ll have everything you need for your trip. It’s our pleasure to have you stay in our home.

**NEWLY RENOVATED DECEMBER 2025** Overlooking the peaceful woods, our cozy condo-cabin is truly our second home—not a corporate rental. We personally manage every detail and are excited to share this special space with you. We simply ask that you treat it with the same care and respect you would your very own home. • Sleep comfortably in our new King bed and Queen sofa bed (King and Queen were replaced December 2025 with new memory foam mattresses). • Curl up in the living room with our crackling brick wood-burning fireplace (free wood stored in the building), new flooring, and a Smart 55" 4K TV (with cable). Or choose to relax in the bedroom with the Roku enabled TV. • When the local mountains are open for Skiing and Snowboarding, enjoy the convenience of putting your gear in the private ski locker just steps away from the front door. • The full kitchen is stocked with essentials, including a dishwasher, microwave, and all the things you'll need to make homemade meals. I’m also a huge baker and have all the baking necessities (including a Kitchen Aid mixer). • Enjoy your coffee alfresco on the balcony (seats 2) or come inside to the dining table for a meal (seats 4). • Clean off the day in the relaxing shower featuring a rainfall shower head and bench. • Free transportation in Mammoth is abundant. We are just across the street from the free Mammoth trolley (blue line + evening trolley), and we are just a 6 minute walk to the Village Gondola. Please check the hours of operation before you head out the door. • Some Pragmatic Caveats: We're upfront about the details! This is a downstairs unit, so minor noise from upstairs is possible (though typically quiet). Also, please be mindful of the 40-gallon hot water heater; multiple or long hot showers won't work. The winter and spring months will likely be subject to different road conditions. Please check the CA Highway site before you start your drive. • Our unit is non-smoking inside or on the balcony, and the complex is not ADA compliant. • We love pets, but our HOA does not allow guests to bring animals. Please do not bring your animals with you.
Other Details to Note
Our home is a registered short term rental with the Town of Mammoth. Our Certified Property Number is TOML-CPAN-16567. Mammoth Lakes requires a Transient Occupancy Tax of 16% for each stay, which goes towards paying for town services such as snow removal, recreational programming, and road maintenance. The tax is required to be paid by the guest (you) to the operator of the transient facility (us, the owners of the Condo-Cabin) at the time that the payment is paid. It is the operator’s responsibility to remit the TOT to the Town. By completing this booking, all guests, invitees, and visitors ("Guests") acknowledge and fully understand that the use of the Condo-Cabin, its facilities, and related on or off-property activities involve inherent risks of injury, illness, property damage, or death, and Guests voluntarily assume all such risks, known or unknown, associated with their stay. Guests hereby irrevocably and unconditionally release, acquit, and forever discharge the owners, property managers, cleaners, staff, and affiliates (the "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action of every kind, whether known or unknown, directly or indirectly arising out of or related to the Guest’s occupancy, including personal injury, property damage, illness (including communicable diseases), or death, regardless of whether the loss is caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise. Furthermore, Guests agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties against any and all claims, suits, losses, or costs incurred as a result of any action, inaction, or negligence by the Guest or any injury or damage connected to the Guest's occupancy or use of the property.
